Men’s Physique, Fit Body, Figure and Bikini competitors don’t get a choice of music when they have their individual stage time. They perform a Walk or “Model Walk” to house music.
Fit-Body and bodybuilding competitors do a choreographed routine to display their musculature.
All men’s and women’s Bodybuilders will perform a 60 second posing routine to their music during finals (night show). All the others divisions (Figure, Bikini, Fit-Body and Men’s Physique) will pose to house music during finals.
Understanding the judging criteria process will ensure that athletes are properly prepared to compete in natural bodybuilding contests.
Judging Criteria Varies
Each competition division has specific criteria; knowing specifically what the judges are looking for will help competitors avoid penalties, particularly if they are competing in more than one division or are moving from one division to another.
